About Me

I'm into investments and I have quite a portfolio! I invest in myself... I make sure I'm well taken care of. I perform in my job. I devote myself to others. From all that I've put in, I've earned incredible returns! Let me tell you about some.... First, the investment in me. I take care of myself, both inside and out. I love to go for a run. One of my favorites is on the beach. I also love to run the bay, starting in Crown Point. My absolute favorite run is along the water downtown. I'll go from Harbor Island down to the Convention Center. I'm not just fully vested in running, though! I love to go snowboarding. I started as a skier, but switched to boarding about fifteen years ago. I've been to Utah and Colorado, but you just can't beat a trip up to Mammoth or Tahoe. Don't get me wrong, I also like to relax and enjoy! I like to listen to music (thanks Pandora and XM!). I'll read a good book for hours (I FINALLY picked up The Hunger Games!) I'm a Charger fan...I go to the games as often as I can! I like to watch movies at home or out. I like to socialize at a party, or at the local scene. Lastly, I spend a good amount of time just relaxing at the beach. PB or La Jolla... I'll listen to music, read, and swim. It's a shame not to when you live in San Diego! I've also invested myself in my profession. I'm a school teacher- 7th grade English and Spanish. It's my calling. I'm meant to teach and connect with kids. I see huge payoffs when I help my students grow and prepare for their futures. I've taught for 14 years, and I'm in for many more! Nurturing friendships and forging new ones makes for a great life. I have dear friends, we invest in each other equally. I think you'll find I'm a very caring person. It's in my nature to nurture. I don't mind giving of myself. The return never disappoints!
