Thanks for taking the time to visit with me. I’m not really used to talking about myself in the third person, but you want to learn about me before getting in touch…so here goes:
I am a surgeon with 25 years experience and I have worked hard to get where I am and am comfortable with whom and where I have arrived.
My 2 daughters, both now in college, are the center of my universe. I love them beyond words or measure… But now that they have gone off to start their own lives, I am living alone and don’t like it at all.
As a lifelong student I love learning about new things and finding out more about things I do and do not know. There are books all over my home, and I read about four or five books at a time. Sitting around watching TV is not for me, unless it is a hilarious comedy, great dramatic piece or biography.
Outside of my profession and my children, my other lifelong passion is music. I’ve been playing the piano my whole life and have put together a jazz band and we play professionally. I was the class cut-up and in some ways still am!
Aside from all this practical information, at heart I am a gentle and caring man, but I have also used my strong will and discipline to take me to where I am in life. I take good care myself and hit the gym 3 or 4 times a week, eat right and feel half my age.
OK, that’s more than enough about me. I’d love to talk about you.
At its simplest, I am looking for a woman who delights in life’s pleasures and wants someone with whom to share them...what does that mean?
To me it is sitting at a table lost in conversation, laughter, light in your eyes... You have your own life and interests and are willing to share them with me. When I see you my heart beats a little faster…Like me, you would like to find your new best friend, one where there are no secrets and conversation and intimacy are easy and flowing. Maybe you are more than a little romantic and text me in the middle of the day for no special reason except that you are thinking of me. Maybe we’d look like fools and get caught holding hands running down the street in a rain-storm like in some old foreign movie? Go out? Fine... Stay home? All good
So I think that’s about it for now. To be completely honest, I’d much prefer talking to you on the phone to hear your laugh and imaging your smile, than all this email and computer work…..Please don’t be shy, life is too short for that…I’d love to hear from you.
