About Me
I am an explorer of places, people, and ideas. I want to visit countries where I have not yet been and learn the details, whether pleasant, sordid, or banal, about the people who are closest to me. I love to wrestle with ideas that I don't understand and take great pride and pleasure in figuring things out.
I love music (listening and karaoke-ing), food (eating and cooking), and words (reading, writing, and Scrabbling). I have a healthy love of Bob Dylan and perhaps an unhealthy love of tomatoes. And after much searching, I still have never met a cheese that I didn't like.
I have spent some of my most memorable days taking photographs in the Andes and others debating life's unresolvable questions over bottles of wine in a small jazz club in New York. I become very helpful when I have had a bit too much to drink and am the proud co-inventor of an underutilized punctuation mark.
I am busy, curious, interested, excited, and excitable, and look forward to sharing stories and more with a kindred soul.
