I take life rather seriously and tend to be on the spiritual side. I do believe in the powers beyond the five senses. I actually conduct workshops on the subject. I never get angry, always hope for the best but prepare for the worst. I am not a "party animal" and I don't golf. l Believe that you can have more than one soul mate in a lifetime and that soul mates can be friends as well as lovers.
I am financially independent and live in an upscale 55+ community. I have a lake in the back and a small boat. I love the beach, antique shopping, live shows and scrabble.
I have worked in law enforcement and drug rehabilitation and operate an insurance business catering to seniors. I am a free-lance writer and have authored several articles on the subjects of education, crime and welfare. I volunteer in the area of domestic violence and child abuse. I serve as a Guardian Ad Litem.
I believe in friends before lovers. Holding hands and kissing are true signs of affection. Sex should be a natural extension of a loving relationship and not a dating goal.
I like the simple things in life: walks on the beach, going to a park or visiting antique stores. I like to take short sponteneous trips.
I am mild mannered, caring, loving. tolerant and trustworthy. No smoking or getting drunk. I am not a "player". I spend a great deal of time with my 5 year old grandson. He is my best friend and is a "crystal child" placed on this earth for a special reason. We go fishing and visit theme parks. (Google crystal and indigo children)
I am a "hippie" at heart. "Make love not war" seemed like a good mantra in the seventies as well as it does today. I hope that taking pottery classes and playing my harmonica will be my ticket into a nice peace loving commune. (air conditioning and cable TV a must).
I can carry a good conversation on most subjects. The telphone is an excellent screening tool. Everything on this earth is in vibration. Talking on the phone can tell a great deal about a person. Texting is impersonal. e-mails can be contrived.
Your cosmic Friend,
