About Me
As a self proclaimed nerd, I love books, learning, intellectual stimulation, and have a soft spot for puns, corny jokes, historical tours, and old school nineties music.
I'm from a small town and even though I've been here for seven years, I think New York City will always feel large, so you'll usually finding me chatting up folks in my neighborhood, saying hello to everyone, and smiling. I' m a smiler. I laugh very easily, one of my favorite words is guffaw. My comedic style runs the gamut between high brow and a 12 year old sense of humor I can willingly laugh at myself and do so regularly. Curiosity drives me, there is so much to see and do and question, so I'm often on the go, experiencing culture, connecting with people, or working on a new project. Luckily for me I work in the arts and my job at an off broadway theater company allows me to work with many different groups of people creating original theater based on their stories. I also create and perform educational theater, sharing the arts with young people, which is a real treat.
