About Me

From challenging myself & friends to running a muddy Spartan Race, to riding a camel in India, or making snow angels on the top of a mountain, or running fully clothed under sprinklers w one of my bffs, designing inspiring friendship wish bracelets,jumping out of a car to stop a fight on a busy street in Mont, 2 dancing on a competition dance floor w world champions (and losing lol), or teaching women how 2 seduce their man with erotic dancing, or putting pennies 2gether 4 a meal when first starting a gym business, to transforming a 50 yr old woman from 300pds to a hot and hard 140, I can truly say my life has been filled with exciting adventures and the belief of, "I can achieve anything I'm passionate about through faith, gr8 work ethic, dedication & knowledge and so can anyone!" I am the girl you will hear in the movie theatre laughing! I will also be the one attempting to get the popcorn in your mouth from isles away! I love the art of play between a man and woman, & I believe we are here to have a fantastic time together! Gladiator is one of my favorite movies and I'm a superhero lover (someone has gotta save this world!)... & yes I admit it, I have watched all episodes of Star Trek over & over again, said "live long and prosper" 4way too long with my older brother and sister & loved every moment of it! Friday evenings are passionate family time (lol being so politically correct here) we are an interesting bunch and food is always scrumptious at la famiglia! From laughing at my mom's accent, to praising my dad on his homemade bread, we bring the love on Israeli style hahaha.. I'm a sucker for the Rocky's of the world :) I love seeing the underdog rise! I believe in human potential and exploring my own, is part of my daily practice. I love learning and just fulfilled a dream of mine to become a therapist. So yes, u can call me Doc lol! I'm in workout clothes most of the day yet I love putting on sexy heels and playing dress up ;) My friends and family are my lifeline, actually some of my friends r my family! I love my work time, my girlfriend time and my alone time but I do miss having that masculine force in my life. There is something about the right connection of male and female energy that is just natural and a must in my life. I believe we thrive so much more as two people inspiring each other together. I want to be someone's cheerleader and queen whilst he is my inspiration and king... Yes, I am a hopeless romantic and if dancing a slow, on a beach, under a sparkly starry sky sounds good 2 you we will definitely get along :) I love the science of the human body, and most of the time that is what I'm reading in my quiet time unless I'm choreographing new routines for my Zumba classes that I teach a few times a week. I'm around people and music everyday, all day, so I have to say I love my Sunday night movie time with my bff...where we sit, turn our beautiful brains off and just drift in2 a very cheesy chick flick!
