I am looking for someone who is kind-hearted. Someone who shares my need to help
those less fortunate than myself. I love nothing more than helping feed the
homeless or help the emotionally and physically disabled. My mother says I was
born into the wrong religion because she jokingly refers to me as Saint Nikki. I
have always been the champion of the downtrodden even as a young child.
I was raised in a Jewish home and always wanted to have that connection with
Judaism but since this was never an important part of my parent's life, I fell
further and further away from the religion. I hope to find someone that can
re-introduce me to the beauty of my Jewish roots.
My background has been in theater and did perform in local South Florida
theaters but soon came to realize that the business is not for me. I still
absolutely love the arts and have many friends still in the theater but I
decided I would rather see them as a spectator rather than a performer. If I
could attend plays and sing karaoke for the rest of my life, I would be content.
I graduated from FAU with a degree in anthropology and a minor in theater but
since I had many theater jobs lined up after graduation, I never even pursued
anything in anthropology. Well now that I have decided to go on a theater
"hiatus" for a while,I might start digging up my backyard to see what I
I love movies, restaurants, music, plays and I want to try skydiving; jumping
from an airplane seems so liberating; talk about conquering one's fears.
I would love to meet someone who would eventually become my best friend. I am
an excellent listener and actually waiting to get into grad school to pursue a
degree in psychology but as I have found out, life has many surprises so I am
learning how to go with the flow. If it is meant to be it will happen.
