I wish I could come up with really witty and awesome things to say here, but since that is not the case, I will just say a few things that come to mind:
I am technically a lawyer (because I went to law school, subsequently passed the bar and then ended up in a real lawyer job) but becuase I graduated law school about a year and a half ago I still feel like a law student (mainly because I feel like I know nothing about the law or being a lawyer) - except now, I only work five days a week instead of seven, my favorite hang-out is no longer the law library, and I no longer live in Salem, Oregon - which is glorious.
Now that I am no longer in the black hole that I call law school - I am really trying to "work on" finding hobbies and trying new things. I use the term "work on" loosely because I have been pretty unsuccessful thus far - I feel like by the time work is over, and by the time I have either worked out or met a friend for happy hour - who has time for hobbies? A few things that are currently on my to-do list: Go on a cool hike - like on Mt. Rainer, be better at cooking slash baking, float a river, and go to a Sounders game.
I am sure all of that sounded wildly boring, but I am rarely bored. I can pretty much find anything interesting, I love to laugh and love making people laugh (ususally by way of sarcasm).
That's all I've got for now.
