Disclaimer - I'm not Jewish. Yikes. Gasp. My details say 'not willing to convert' because 'I have a great respect for Jewish culture and values, think the guys are generally super cute but I'm just not overly religious in any organized way yet would be willing to discuss it in an appropriate context' wasn't an option. I hate dropdowns.
Now that that's out of the way, I moved to NYC for grad school, which I'm currently finishing up, and have decided that I'm never leaving, at least not for the foreseeable future. I fell in love with the city - the good, the bad and the wtf, and can't imagine my life without the constant surprises and opportunities for spontaneity. Love affair with the city aside, I grew up in New England and I still bleed...well, the teams all have different colors, but Red Sox, Pats, Celtics and Bruins.
Spontaneity and adventure are two of my favorite things, but nothing beats the conversation that follows great chemistry and compatible senses of humor. The ability to take and make jokes of all varieties - teasing, (specifically New England ball busting....if you're unfamiliar, no worries), sophomoric, slapstick, dry, witty, satirical etc, is the most important factor I've found in regards to compatibility. I'm looking for someone who likes to try new things and isn't afraid to look silly but who also appreciates the simple pleasures of talking and laughing over dinner or a glass of wine. The occasional dance party wouldn't suck, either.
Fun Fact: I do not have any idea what '85F7' stands for, where I got it, or why it's there - I created the name awhile back, debated on whether or not to go for this, and have since forgotten what on earth that means. Your guess is as good as mine - maybe better....in fact, I'd be super impressed with a creative story. Extra points for hilarious.
