My most important values in life are my family and friends, my faith, and my health. I like to regularly spend quality time with my family and friends to nurture and grow our relationships.I follow a healthy lifestyle by having a positive attitude and I enjoy eating good food (90% for the body and 10% for the soul!) and exercising.

In my leisure time, I enjoy catching up with my family and friends by having good conversations and eating out. I love to exercise regularly and do group fitness classes and yoga at my gym. I enjoy reading, cooking, listening to music, picnics and coastal walks.
