I'm a happy intelligent man missing that "special feeling of being in love". Once you have the real thing, as I did during a long happy marriage, nothing comes close. I'm not looking to play around since that never truly satisfied me even in my twenties. I need someone I can relate to, share feelings with , laugh with, cuddle, cry together, embrace madly, and hopefully develop lasting love. I'm articulate and considered to be an educated and witty man of the world here and in Europe. I greatly enjoy social gatherings, formal or in shorts over a barbecue, classical to "get down" rock -- I love to dance -- the music moves me -- And, I do hold you close for a romantic tune or slow jazz. I relish a great meal with good wine and sometimes sampling each others' food -- considered a very erotic act in France, but not on the par of beautiful woman's shoes or that "certain look" at the right time. Now, I am going to stop sounding like Prince Charming and simply be truthful. I'm looking for an attractive loving woman who is interested in being married, appreciated, and loved. Not an affair, or a sometimes companion, but having a good husband at her side as a partner in life. After losing my wife 12 years ago, I have lived alone and writing, had a great love affair, dated attractive interesting women, traveled...pretty much everything a single man does. But, I'm not truly a bachelor type. I am a widower who loves the life of a close marriage. Life is about sharing and I want to share the world and all it offers with a woman I love. Most of all, becoming a real couple sharing the moments -- mountains, sunsets, parties, shows, art, home at the fireplace, away traveling -- living life!
