Sincere, warm, thoughtful, playful. Can be a bit quiet sometimes, but also gregarious under the right circumstances. Left of center, politically. Sense of humor -- I like to think I have a good sense of the absurd and am not lacking in irony, (but I can also be downright silly under the right circumstances.) Fairly outdoorsy -- I used to live in the country in a wooded area and frequently enjoy hikes, walks, snowshoeing and just being around nature. Enjoy ethnic restaurants of all kinds. I do like to travel, but haven't taken a trip in some time, other than a week here or there locally (Tanglewood/Berkshir es, and the Cape.) Past years have led me to France (2001), and Sedona (2000) the Pacific Northwest seems intriguing to me. I like straight-ahead jazz, classical, blues, some classic-rock, folk and bluegrass. I will go see interesting movies at almost any time, especially in West Newton.
