About Me

I’m 27 and tired of being single. I want to find someone that wants to spend the rest of their lives with their very best friend. So that’s what I’m looking for...a best friend. I’m smart, educated and I love to read. In fact, I enjoy reading so much that I’ve made my career in the book industry...ok, its not much right now but I work in a bookstore and love it. I’ll see where that leads and take it from there. I’m ambitious, but relaxed (I know that’s probably an oxymoron, but sometimes reality is like that). I’m good to sit for hours reading or watching a movie, but I like to move too. A walk is always a good way to get to know someone (and good for you too). I’m not a very political person, though I do feel strongly on a few issues, but overall I’m not much into debating. I’ve already had 2 (maybe 3) careers and I strongly doubt this will be my last. (This is not due to bouncing around, it just simply is the way of the work world these days...most people have several careers in there work life, and if they don’t then they are likely stuck or the rare few who actually know what they really love to do)...Family is a big thing for me, not that I want a huge family, just that they are important. I would like a family, but not until I’ve found that best friend I mentioned earlier. Ok, that rambling probably sums me up well enough and you’ll have to find the rest out by talking to me. And now its been months later...I'm on to that 4th career and its been the best move ever. I work in a large company and get to work with some of the smartest people around. It's fantastic, couldn't ask for anything better! But, life isn't complete just yet...still looking for that special someone to help complete me (and I them). (P.S. Just updated my pics)
