I knew 2014 was going to be a great year and so far it has been. I am planning to "finish it strong". My year-old puppy is wonderfully happy and well socialized, my consulting business has landed some phenomenal new clients (really phenomenal clients), my guitar lessons are moving along (slowly --- so don’t ask me to play for you yet), and I’ve had great quality time with friends and family in both Rockland and Manhattan. To my own surprise, I actually may have achieved a "quality of life" balance. As far as I am concerned, it has been a great year. This said, my plans to get back into cycling shape didn't go far and my road trip to Burlington VT in the Model A Ford I am restoring ended in Albany with a call to AAA. That’s all ok --- these "one offs" will just become 2015 goals.
How has your year been?
The person I meet should be intelligent, creative, romantic, easy-going, warm-hearted, responsible, enjoy outdoor activities, love dogs, know the pleasure of slowly drinking a good cup of coffee, and have a great sense of humor. She should believe that the best romantic relationships are the ones based in the closest of friendships.
