About Me
I am confident and independent, care deeply about my friends and family, and like spending time with my nephews (5 of them!) and niece (yes, just one girl). I’m a big fan of nearly everything French, and lived in Paris for two years, but I enjoy travel in general, whether across an ocean or around the U.S. I’m also a serious foodie, always interested in a fine meal accompanied by a nice wine, or a casual bite to eat in a unique spot. I am passionate about my career (high school teaching) but also value my downtime and work hard to protect it. Sunday morning at my local (independent) coffee house with Sudoku and the Jumble is an important routine for me. (Maybe a bit of the crossword puzzle, too, but I ususally get stuck partway through.)
