About Me

Well I see myself being both kind and considerate, outgoing with having a good sense of humour.(Canadian spelling) A Father to 3 great and wonderful children, I have been a Windsorite for most of my life. I've been single for over 11 years now. My children are all in their 20's and are now very independent. All three have graduated university/college with one returning in the fall to enter Teacher's College. Having relatives and friends in the Detroit area, allows me to come and visit often stateside. In terms of work, I've been in sales for most of my life. I have 2 jobs - one for an advertising/marketin g company and the other where I sell computer software to the food and wine industry. I enjoy spending time with my circle of friends, whether it be going to wine festivals, concerts, going out to fine dining establishments, a sporting event or just simply hanging out. I enjoy taking my mountain bike out for rides in the spring/summer, going for walks and helping out those in need whenever I can. I've been the emcee/host five of the past years at Windsor's Community Holocaust Service as my parents are/were survivors. Unfortunately I just recently lost my Father who passed away at the age of 90 in early April. I'm also on the board for both the Holocaust Committee as well as on the JCC. I volunteer for organizations such as JNF andThe Miracle League of Amherstburg (located just outside of Windsor) which has Canada's 1st baseball field designed specifically for children and adults who have disabilities. It gives them a chance to play baseball as a part of a team in an organized league. I find it very rewarding for you can't beat the smiles on those who participate.
