One would assume that advertisements for oneself should be necessarily positive and that revisions should be done carefully. But this being said, I suppose that the safest approach initially, would be to state the things that cannot be open to interpretation or that are overly optimistic. So, to begin with, I am a professional classical musician and conservatory professor and my instrument is cello. I have wide-ranging interests: politics, religion, philosophy, literature, and the visual and performing arts. I am happy to spend time alone as I consider myself independent and self-sufficient but do enjoy social activities. I am well read in English and French and also have a serious interest in all things culinary. My favourite haunts usually have something to do with some or all of the above. My friends are primarily academics and musicians and the odd business type to balance things a bit. I live and work in French and consider myself a bona fides Francophile.
