I'm "a deeply secular Jew who finds no comfort in either nationalism or religion" - Shteyngart, Absurdistan. I believe I've figured out my simple pleasures in life. In the summertime, I play as much beach vball as possible... I suppose it's easy to lose yourself in the sun, sand, and the waves. I have a deep appreciation for food, and thoroughly enjoy cooking. I travel (Russia, Turkey, Spain, Australia, Switzerland. And Canadia.) In the winter, I usually sneak in a ski trip or two out west. Woody Allen is my comedic hero. Love the NYTimes and Atlantic. Rare is the moment when music isn't on - usually indie. I have an affinity for NPR. Aside from suggesting new music or good reads, you can win me over by talking sustainability/archi tecture/design (it’s like talking dirty, but it’s green).
