About Me
I am from Dallas, moved away for school, found a job back here working in a research lab at a local medical school. I am pretty laid back (but I think most people, even ones that I've found very high maintenance say that). You can usually find me hanging out with my friends at low key bars or riding my bike (Trek 7.2) around certain areas of Dallas. I've been trying to get back up to doing 30 mile rides. I play pool, fairly poorly sadly, but still get a kick out of it
I also really enjoy seeing movies (especially ones that few people know about). I own quite a few (over 400). Not much can beat hanging out with friends, eating pizza, and drinking some beer while watching old 80s movies. You have to laugh at the trends we lived through. I don't dance or sing but I do support people that do (i.e. if you get drunk and think you can sing karaoke I'll clap even if you sound like a rabbit dying).
I am a scientist (which DOES mean I am dorky). However, I am not your stereotypical suspenders wearing, pants-to-my-armpits, spastic geek, but I like to think my pocket protector is sexy. Also, no nerd glasses, sorry. I have 20/20 vision and I don't like having to keep up the with empty frames, although my most recent pictures show I don't mind if they have slits.
