Originally from Israel, I've lived in the US for 7 years. I came here to get a PhD in math (done). I’m an evolving man. Proof: when I was 6 I was afraid of the dark, now I’m not. When I was 7 I didn’t like peanut butter, now I do. When I was 8 I didn’t like girls, now I like at least one in every thousand. If I had to choose a different life, I’d be a pianist. But that's probably not going to happen, and I'm happy playing Dylan on my guitar. I like motion. I think inside we’re like a river at the height of winter, and the only way to avoid freezing is to stay in motion. Which is not to say that I don’t enjoy lying on my back and staring at the ceiling, or even better, the sky. I have two sisters who know me as well as anyone and love me nevertheless. I love them when they’re making sense. That’s as much as half the time! I’m a proud uncle of five, and not only when the objects of my pride are thousands of miles away. I think being an uncle might be more fun than being a dad. However, I think I’d like to try daddying some day. Not before the end of this semester, though.
