I enjoy getting lost and finding my way back. I consider myself an explorer...I love traveling, meeting new people and learning about different cultures. I love live music, an appreciation fostered by my years in New Orleans. I make a fabulous baked brie and an even better banana bread. I smile at random people on the street. I'm an NPR junkie. I can be sarcastic and a bit silly at times.
I love hiking, camping (with s'mores of course), sailing, climbing trees, playing dodgeball, baking, spending time with my nephews, reading, solving puzzles, having political debates and sometimes playing on playgrounds (a random mix of things, but that's how I roll).
I'm a Clinical Social Worker AKA therapist working with kids, families and adults. Part of my job involves going into people's homes and teaching them how to help their kids. Ever seen the show "Supernanny"? My job is kinda like that, only less British.
