About Me
I am a librarian. In some ways I fit the stereotype--I wear my long hair in a bun, I wear glasses and cardigan sweaters, I love books, and I have a cat. My passions are LGBT Studies, fiction, film, writing, nature, food, learning languages, making art, and learning about the past to make sense of the present and future. I also enjoy karaoke, going on road trips, and wearing silly hats now and then.If I were a Sesame Street character, I would either be Bert or Cookie Monster, depending on the time of month. I do not suffer fools gladly, but those who are my friends tell me that I am loyal, incredibly patient, and a good natured rowdy once the library has closed for the night.
