About Me
I'm a chocolatier. There aren't many of us who make chocolate for a living, but I'm one of thelucky ones! I learned to make chocolate in Paris, came back to the United States and now I'm in the chocolate and coffee biz working to make everyone's daily drink taste better. Life is grand! I love to travel and do a lot for business and pleasure. The more interesting the place to visit the happier I am. My passport is well stamped and running out of pages. Recent favorite trips were Mali and Ethiopia, Gotta run--they're calling my flight!
