Casual, smart, funny, relatively literate intellectual with a taste for pop culture. Warm, sincere and sentimental. Say what I mean (for the most part still working on this one) and mean what I say (always). Two great kids who are the cornerstone of my life, although they are older now, and there is certainly plenty of room for that special someone. Compassionate, loves children and animals. I once rescued some baby opossums that had been orphaned. Multi-faceted: Good writer (I love using the right words to convey the nuances of my meaning), decent designer, decent photographer, good businessman. I love the Sunday Comics (with coffee, in a bath-robe), interesting concepts and absurdity. Heart in the right place, feet on the ground, and head in the clouds. Very affectionate. Impulsive and spontaneous. Very open and generous emotionally. Love music: jazz, new wave rock, and what used to be called art-rock Always learning, looking for new ideas, looking to make new connections. It is important that the woman I am with be capable of emotional intimacy, of giving and receiving affection. Once we are comfortable with one another, I am a toucher. A hugger, a kisser, a hand-holder.
