About Me
A recipient of the Outstanding Production Award at the Sharp Boylston Company, I was also a member of the Million Dollar Club there and at Northside Commercial Real Estate. My passions are classical music, jazz, poetry, art, and chess. I am also an avid swimmer. I studied classical piano for approximately 14 years with some eminent teachers. I have a B. A. from Tulane University, a Master of International Management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management and an M. B. A. from Southern Methodist University. (I was one of two M.B.A.'s in the U.S. awarded a grant to work with a U.S. Senator by the Assn. of M.B.A. Executives.) In 1996, I was the host of a classical music program for the Atlanta area NPR affiliate, WABE, and later wrote and announced two programs for that station as a volunteer. Given the "Editor's Choice" award and included in the International Who's Who of Poetry in 2006, the International Library of Poetry nominated me to be Poet of the Year in 2007. I have also served on the board of my temple. My 24 year old daughter is married.
