At the moment I am a bit skeptical to online dating and to people's true intentions. Can you prove me wrong? Let me start out by saying the following 1) PICTURES - I understand about work and wanting to have your privacy been there and I feel for me it is a big risk to put myself out there to find someone amazing. We all have to take chances to reap the rewards we are seeking. I feel it is a dating site and a way to stay somewhat protected until we decide if we want to share further personal information with a total stranger. I keep my pics updated - I really don't appreciate photos of people from many years ago and would hate to deceive at this point its a dating site with the intent to hopefully meet someone amazing - why lie? 2) WINKS - if your interested send me an email and show a little effort it says a lot about someone who takes the easy way then making some form of gesture themselves. Don't be surprised if you don't hear back if you make no effort. 3) CONSTANTLY CONTACTING - people update photos and change the order it doesn't mean to stalk someone. Let's be honest one attempt is nice a second is a gamble any attempt further if you don't get a response when you clearly see you have been looked at well take a hint. 4) AGES - lets me honest we all have certain types and looking for certain people in our lives. I am not looking to date too much older then me with what i'm looking to share in the future with someone. Hopefully what I am saying makes sense? I don't have daddy issues and I am not looking to be someone's eye candy so lets me practical/realistic with those who contact. I am just trying to be honest don't fault me on that - just not looking to be rude or waste anyone's time as I would hope someone would respect my time as well. If you asked those who know me they would say I'm a great person with a big heart. I go the extra mile for those who matter. Some would say I can be over the top, but those who know me would say I'm loyal, trustworthy, confident, loving, a person who is there without any question. I believe actions speak louder then words, Titles mean nothing if there isn't anything behind a person's feelings. TRUST is everything !!!!!!!! I have my priorities in order and know what I want. i'm not perfect. I always try to see the good in life and in people. I have been fortunate to have incredible friends and family and value there roles in my life. I have definitely been burned, but have always believed "no risk no rewards." I would love to find a lover, protector, supporter, best friend and partner in crime. It's nice to share all of life's joys, hard times, excitements and successes with someone someone special.
