About Me
I'm Boston born and raised and have been teaching since 2007. My pop culture knowledge is the direct result of spending the day with middle schoolers, so I'm disturbingly/proudly familiar with reality shows and the lyrical magic of both "Call Me Maybe" and some of the early One Direction releases. When not bumping the bass lines of these musical geniuses, I stray from recipes and pretend that I know what I'm doing in the kitchen (moderate success, and I like to think I'm improving). I'm mildly addicted to NPR and the P90-X ab-ripper (not simultaneously), still don't know how to downhill ski despite vowing to learn for the past eight winters, have a soft spot for urban and country music and dare you to tease me about drinking hot water (that's right, hot water straight up).
