About Me

I find the salespitch/summation of myself into a tiny 100 word box daunting but here goes nothin'. Here are some reasons to get to know me:You should get to know me because I am exceedingly good people. There is nothing more sacred to me than my relationships with people. I greatly value humor. I recognize the fact that everyone has a unique history and a story to tell; I value and honor that story. (Incidentally, you should also get to know me because I feel like a badass using a semicolon like that.) I love language and wordplay. I’m an empathic listener and a good talker as well. Other reasons to get to know me:--I believe that there are few things as wonderful as a solid smooch session (vastly underrated).--I have a really good ear and I do pretty good impressions--I seriously had never had grilled cheese in my life prior to last summer and now I’m a bit of an addict--I know all the words to Buffalo Stance by Ninah Cherry and am not afraid to belt it out if the mood strikes me.--I can keep a secret--I cherish your trust, honesty and loyalty and will extend to you the same courtesy--If my milkshake were to hypothetically bring all the boys to the proverbial yard, I would teach you for free. I’m nice like that.--I stick up for the underdog--I appreciate the fact that you’ve put yourself out there by sending me a message--I’m the weird sort of romantic who reads the “missed connections” section of Craig’s list and is actually moved by that kind of bravery as opposed to being creeped out.--I always smell good--The fact that I don't understand something, does not mean that I won't embrace it--I can have a good time doing just about anything when provided with the right company--I clean my bathroom in a tiarra as part of a scheme in which I trick my brain into thinking it's a festive occasion--I sometimes look like a pump but always feel like a sneaker-I'm in on the joke--I believe it's our responsibility as humans to take care of one another.
