About Me
I hate this About Me stuff - but I'm a normal guy with a sense of humor. Some days I get tipsy and silly with friends, some days I get a lot done and am very productive, and some days I veg out in front of the tv. Does that make me well-rounded? I'm a creative type with a history in theatre and music, recently moved back to native California from over a decade spent back east in Boston and NYC. I have a laid back energy (people back east could always tell I was from CA), and have a pretty simple life philosophy, which basically boils down to the Golden Rule. Life is too short to butt heads unnecessarily, so I am always looking for the good in people, and the kindness of my actions and choices. Life has lots of ups and downs, and one thing I have learned is that the whole affair is so much more palatable with a wonderful partner by your side. The highs are higher and the lows are a bit more manageable.
While my own personal religious beliefs could probably best be coined 'agnostic', I am a proud member of the Tribe and have a deep respect for my family's European roots (my brother and I are first gen Americans, grandchildren of Holocaust survivors). I am not observant in the technical sense, but observe the major holidays and always put on a kipah when I'm at my Bubby's!
