About Me
I really like to challenge myself, and I love the feeling of accomplishing something, from the most tedious of things (like laundry) to the most important (like my dissertation). I listen to NPR. I love my friends and family, though some are far, far away, and I have a cat. I like languages and travel. I can carry a conversation on almost anything. I make excellent variations of vegan bread pudding, and I love a good nap. I like to think that I play an array of instruments, and I wish I were more active than I am. I like to be outdoors, but I do. not. like. to. run. I'm hoping to change my outlook on running, though. I ballroom dance: salsa, swing, whatever. Being Jewish is very important to me, even though I have issues with the Jewish "establishment." There's other stuff, too, I guess, so just ask!
