We never thought we would meet each other online, but JDate was the perfect forum for us and we are so grateful for giving it a chance.

…Sara and David grew up within 15 minutes of each other in southern New Jersey. They were both involved in the Jewish community growing up, but never seemed to cross paths.

In August of 2006, shortly after they both moved to Los Angeles, Scott and Alison met on JDate.com. After emailing back and forth and talking a few times on the phone, they agreed to meet up for coffee at a Starbucks® in Pasadena. 

“I got to the restaurant and Abigail was not there. A few minutes later the most beautiful woman in the world came through the restaurant doors.”

We both had been through the wringer and were about to give up, and JDate made it possible for us to find each other.

I really was not interested in a long distance relationship, and frankly was not expecting much when I went online. But, it turns out it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

We just returned from our honeymoon in Greece and decided it was time to proclaim our “success!” Thanks JDate!
