In January of 2013 I was starting to think that maybe JDate wasn’t the place for me. As much as I wanted to find my Jewish soul mate, I thought maybe that just wasn’t possible and I’d have to give up. It was around that same time that I received a message on JDate from Adam that immediately sparked my interest.
I’m still not sure what it was, but there was something about Adam and his message that instantly felt different from others I had received in the past. After talking back and forth for a few days, Adam asked me if I would like to go out for dinner on February 14th. I reminded him that it was Valentine’s Day, but we both agreed we were happy to meet on a day which celebrates love and romance.
Well, Adam and I had dinner on February 14th and have been valentines ever since. In fact, on October 10th Adam proposed to me and we are planning to get married on October 10, 2015!
I am so fortunate to have met my soul mate and I thank JDate for making both of our dreams come true.
